Trying something new to move the last 7lbs!!

Hi I have been dieting for 3 years and have lost most of the 21lbs I needed to lose, but I am now down to the last 7lbs or so and have been stuck for what seems like forever, so I thought I would sign up here (recommnended by a friend) and try a new approach!

My name is Mandy and I am 47 and really would love to be at my goal weight of 124lbs my my next birthday at the end of March. I live in a small village in the south of England, with my hubby, two kids (one of which is at Uni) and two crazy spaniels.

Exercise has been non extistent in my life for months now, so with a new year starting, I need to get my rear end into gear, any help would be appreciated!!
