Anyone do T25? How do you log it in MFP?

I've been doing T 25 for awhile now, but I'm never confident on how to log it. So I've just been doing aerobics high impact...or medium depending on the days exercise. Anyone have a better way to log it? or any tips?

    If you want to be exact, get a heart rate monitor. I have the Polar FT4 and love it. From what I've seen, MFP overestimates calories burned anyway. I do T25 and every workout burn varies. Some days will be much lower than others depending on which DVD you are doing. I would seriously suggest getting a HRM though if you want to be certain of your calories burned.
