Hi, I am new to fitness pal. I am a married full time working mother of 2. This leaves me little or no time for exercise but I am determined to make time. I have a goal of about 20-25lbs to drop...doesn't sound like much but it is when trying to fit into jeans that are way too tight!! I feel unhealthy and want to feel better about myself. I want to be able to look in a mirror and feel confident rather than avoid them completely!!
