Here's what I had for lunch. Healthy* Banana pancakes, with syrup and mallow. The best bit, everything on this plate - 300 cals! Here's how:
These are "2 ingredient pancakes" - there is 1 banana, and 2 eggs in there. There's also some sweetener and some baking powder (but that doesn't count).
You simply blend it up and spoon into a small, hot, dry, non-stick pan and cook till brown.
You're looking at about 15 gs of protein, 30gs of carbs (mostly sugars from the banana) and 11gs of fat from the eggs, 300 cals total. You'd be hard stretched to make anything more nutritious from those few cals but please try
*What about the syrup and the mallow? They're cheat products, they are 0 cal additions from Walden Farms. So not really healthy, but sure better than adding sugar.

I do similar just 1 banana 2 eggs for the pancake with Chobani yoghurt and a quarter cup of Quinao .My favorite breakfast at around 500 calories . Heaps of protein for a busy day.0

great...but this is posted in the wrong area. put it in Recipes. (plus...add a quarter cup of oats to that, and it tastes better, and has more nutrition.)0

I just made this! It wasn't as pretty as your picture and I was fighting to flip them but yummmmmmmmmmm!!!!!
Do you think they can be frozen to eat at a later time?0 -
There's an art to flipping for sure. Wait too long bottom burns, do too early and the top is too loose.
You gotta make sure they're not too thick and be confident with the flip.0
