Good morning everyone,
I just started about 2 months ago, my nutritionist put me on a 1300cal eating plan. I have lost 4 lbs. since the very end of July, and have lost some inches. I know I have a problem with portions and giving up the snacking. My hardest thing to do is not eat the same snacks as my husband--he eats everything and wants to share. So that is my challenge. I am going to water aerobics 3 times a week and walking or riding the stationary bike on the days I don't go to water aerobics. I want to be just under 200 by Dec. 1--we will be going on a 2 week trip back to my husband's hometown in Dec. and that also will be my challenge. Just wanting to reach out and meet some mfp friends.
