New to this website and app, loving it!

Hey, everyone! I have been kind of yo-yo dieting for years now. I've never been able to shake those last 5-10 lbs from pregnancy and breastfeeding... I think this app is opening my eyes to so many new things!

1. In the past while dieting, I realized wasn't eating ENOUGH food! Now I'm happy to use up all my calories. I can't believe I get to eat so much!
2. Looking at the nutrition breakdown, I can focus on foods with the highest nutrition, not necessarily the lowest calories.
3. I don't need grains or startches in my diet to meet my nutrition goals.
4. Fat is my friend, keeps my satisfied, makes my food taste great.
5. Diet is way more important than minutes exercised when it comes to weight loss.

Using this app, I am satisfied and energetic. I'm not concurrently tracking my exercise on here, but on days I run or lift weights I tend to eat maybe 300 calories more.

So far this is great! I'd love to get more involved with the website community.
