About 4 weeks ago I stopped weighing myself. The scale hadn't moved in a while and I was getting discouraged. I'm still eating pretty well and exercising, just afraid that if I step on the scale and it shows no progress or worse, that I've gain weight, I'll be discouraged again.
Clothes are fitting better and I think I look thinner but any advice is welcome.

If you're afraid to step on the scale then don't. Go by how your clothes fit and measurements if you've taken them.
My weight fluctuates 2-5lbs a day depending on what I ate, how much water I drank, how much sodium I consumed, am I dehydrated etc. etc. Yes, it can get discouraging but realize that your weight does fluctuate. If you're really curious as to how much you weigh then do it once a month.1
