Really Seeking Advice About Exercise!! Please...

I exercise practically every day.. I don't go over board with it though.. First I lift weights.. 50 lb bench presses, leg lifts, overhead presses, squats, and deadlifts.. not tons of each, 5-10..
Then I run a mile and walk/run back..

I have lost 110 pounds to date. I am at a healthy weight of 154 lbs and 5'8. Size 4.. I do have fat on my stomach and thighs/upper arms but that's it I think.. my calves are small but muscular, my forearms are the same and my hips are small..my BF% is 19-20..

My purpose is getting rid of this fat and to continue getting fitter..

I was eating about 1000 calories a day, upped it to 1350 then 1500 and as of today 1700..

My question is am I doing things right? Do I need to continue as I'm going or do things differently?

    Holy cow, lady, you are doing awesome! :) I think you are doing great. Are you still trying to lose more weight? I think it is good for you to have raised your caloric intake. You could raise it more if you want to maintain or if you are okay with slowing down your rate of loss. Do you have any fitness goals (e.g., running a race or lifting a certain amount?)

    I'm not *really* trying to lose more although I would be ok with up to 10 pounds more..

    I am gonna enter my first 5k a month from tomorrow!! I am very excited about it! I don't know if I will be able to run the whole race though I am trying to work on my stamina. . I can now run a mile with hills without stopping at all then walk/rest and run more..
