Guys with mid length hair. Yay or Nay?

I have this thing for guys with hair about neck length or a little longer. I don't know why but ungh, they look so hot. Kinda like my examples below. (Plus, the tying hair fully or half thing) Ladies, do you feel me?

I agree with previous poster, really depends on the Guy. Some guys are Super Sexy with longer hair and some just can't pull it off and look much better with it short and neatly groomed.

Ah yes, that's kinda true with the depends on the guy thing. But I find with guys, most times, their hair looks like it belongs in a shampoo commercial which gets me jealous.
