Beginning my Journey

Today my daughter becomes my fitness coach. She is educating me on eating the right foods, counting calories, nutrition, exercise, and healthy living. My goal is to lose 30 lbs by the end of 2014. My Super Goal is to maintain that weight loss and continue the journey into 2015 in order to wear a bikini on the beach instead of a cover up next Summer. Losing this amount of weight will allow me to live a healthy lifestyle, provide me with more energy, feel more confident, entertain more often, and enjoy spending time with my family outdoors doing physical activities rather than indoors watching movies. She started her journey one year ago and today she looks amazing, has lots of energy, feels more confident, is more focused, and is loving herself. I'm very proud of her determination, strength, perseverance, focus, and ability to not give up or give in to temptations. Hopefully I can learn from my daughter at this point in my life. Day One begins Today!!
