HRM best for gym goer

Hi all,

I want to step my training up a notch and I want a good HRM watch/band so that I can get an acurate calorie burn during my workout, I train at the gym some weights, some cardio. Do any of you have any recomendations as there are so many I cant get my head round it all.

    hrms are helpful at calculating calories burned for sustained cardio workouts but no so much for resistance training.
