I started losing weight in february 2014. I'm 5'7" and 18 years old. I went from 176 pounds to 159 pounds. So basically 17 pounds. I know to some people that's not a lot, but to me it made a world of a difference in the way I feel and the way I look. But I can't lose anymore weight. I know it has to do with my sugar cravings. My goal is 150 so 9 more pounds but the ice cream or brownie cravings kick in wherever I am whether at home or in college. I don't know how to let go of soda. HELP!!!

Switch to diet soda if you find yourself going overboard with regular soda. For the snacks, prepackage them into serving size packages, so that you aren't tempted to eat straight out of the box.
You can still enjoy treats, but you just need to learn how to moderate them to fit into your weight loss goals.0
