I want to do this...but I just started using my hand weights yesterday, so not sure if I can do 3 days strength...although, Jillian Michaels 30D shred does both cardio and strength, so can I do a daily combo for my "Strength" days?

Thats fine, the main basis is to get in 6 days a week of consistent exercise, so if you Shred for your strength, you'll need 3 other days of cardio.
