I'm starting to use this app more and figured I'd just jump in. My real starting weight before the lifestyle changes was 380lbs and there came a point where I didn't have a scale that could handle what I really weighed. So, I believe I was over 400lbs. Currently, my food is all unprocessed food. I do not go out to eat, I do not consume soda pop, coffee, breads or pasta and I weigh and measure my food always without exception. Mostly veg but I need to learn about how to consume carbs and hydrate better. Also, I need to add I'm 38 years old about to be 39 in December! I'm also interested in c25k and cycling.
Recently, I've joined a gym and am having a blast. My current weight is in the 260s. I've tailored my transformation to include everything about me, not just food.
