No way for us to know. Really it depends on where your body decides to lose fat from.

A thread you should probably read:

Awesome job, congratulations! The weight comes from where it comes if not doing so then I would definitely recommend strength training!

These are typically the last to go on women ... weight training is where you will likely see results. I still see a poochy stomach and thighs on me but every other week, I noticed that my pants are a little looser around the waist and thighs. I also have abs under that tummy fat! Women just have it a little harder than men because we are genetically predisposed to hold onto fat there. I have noticed better results when I avoid grains of all kinds and sugar, except for what occurs naturally in food. I still have about 10 pounds to go in my weight loss quest and the thighs and stomach are still with me ... but not for long!

Unfortunately, there is no specific number. But if you are not doing cardio and strength training already I would recommend that. Your genetics decides where you drop fat from, but eventually you will lose fat from those areas. Especially if you lower your body fat percentage. Just keep working at it.

    there's no magic number.
keep doing what you're doing and it'll go away when it does.

also consider lifting some heavy weights.
  • If you want the stomach to be flatter walk, walk, walk. That is what does it.

Cardio, weight training, and proper diet. Keep it up. You are almost there. I'm not going to give you a number of pounds to lose because it is impossible to estimate, but if you lower your bf% a bit you'll notice a difference.

Congrats on the loss!!! That's fantastic!

Have you ever tried pilates? That might help...it's worked for me. There are some simple DVD's on amazon and some of the workout's are on the shorter side (30 minutes).

    Good luck!

Your pictures aren't gross at all! Great job on the loss thus far. You are doing awesome! Unfortunately, like others have said, your body will hold on for dear life to whatever fat it wants to and there really isn't much you can do to change its mind.

For some, it takes losing most of the extra weight to see any real changes in your stubborn, problem areas. Just have patience and keep going and your body will gradually start changing.

Also, like some have already said, lift! When I started lifting is when I started seeing major changes.
