Overly motivated but facing an awkward plateau

I've lost 50lbs and now my weight has been just maintaining for months on end. I haven't lost motivation, it's like all I think about, my goal to get down to 9% body fat. I'm always pumped but I just don't seem to KNOW what to do. My stats are male 17, 5'9" 166lbs, 20% body fat. I recently started weight training two weeks ago, I lift heavy 4 days a week and I aim for 30mins of cardio a day.
Should I be like counting calories? I'm not used to all the logistics of 'losing weight', I got this far by following a black and white paleo diet that I still follow by habit. That being said, the food I eat is all natural and healthy. I just don't know how to push past this wall, help please? Thank you!
