shrimp linguine - simple and delish
This is something I make often, because it is healthy and also quick:
heat 1 T. olive oil in pan; saute 2 cloves crushed fresh garlic.
Add in cleaned and cooked shrimp, any size.
Add in cooked whole grain linquine.
Can also add fresh basil (yum!) and asparagus, or any other healthy veggie.
Garnish with grated romano or other desired cheese.
