If so, did it work for you? Am feeling a hundred times better with just more walking and cycling - do you think this would be good for me?

They're intended to be complementary to the C25K Podcasts, and in that sense it makes a lot of sense to use them. They're pretty gentle, the only snag I found was that being a podcast the timing is a bit rigid.0
