I'm ENGAGED!! We are getting married July 2012 so I have a year and half but i want to get wedding dress and honeymoon skinny NOW! I will have a strapless dress so I'm aiming for toned arms, great abs (no love handles) for honeymoon, and great toned legs for bikinis on the beach I'd like to lose 15 lbs probably.
does anyone have any suggestions for the best plan for this?! I'm thinking burst training for fat loss. But what is best for muscle toning? I need a specific program so I'll stick with it! I own Insanity and I thought of just doing that but I tend to get bored with DVDs. Should I just suck it up and do Insanity?! lol
any help is greatly appreciated!!
-soon to be Mrs. Stamper ;-)
(i just had to say that hahaha)

Do a hybrid of your Insanity that you have and your running. It works, why not do it???0

Congratulations!!!
If you want to tone I suggest P90X. It's done wonders for me. You can do a hybrid with Insanity. I have a pic up in my profile of me on a rock wall, that is from just 30 days of P90X. It works!0 -
Congratulations Ash!!! How exciting! I recommend ChaLEAN Extreme for weight lifting. It helped me tremendously and is not as time consuming or overwhelming as P90X can be. You can always add Insanity workouts or running. Whatever you decide, good luck!

Do some resistance training 3 times a week (M,W,F), do some cardio on the inbetween days (running, hiit, tabata, whatever you want really that gets your HR up), stick to your calorie goals and you will do well0
