So, I signed up 10 months ago and never logged back in. I decided to get the phone app on and I see I gained about 10 lbs since because I have been in school, sitting all the time and not watching what I eat. I am really excited about this program plus working out. It's already really encouraged me, and so I was hoping for "friends". The one thing I'm struggling with is calorie intake. I am not very clear on how to make meals low in calorie because by the end of the day, I have like 300 to use, so I have to work out to eat a meal so I'm not starved. Another thing I noticed is that wine is a big enemy of my calorie intake.
Also, I'm a single mother to two boys, 8 and 10 and I currently have a boyfriend. I work full time at a desk job. I'm getting my MBA so I sit a lot for that too. I live in a cold state, so winter here, we bundle up a lot and it's dark a lot, so staying motivated is key. I am also, very busy.
