I started by fixing my eating, then cycling to work, now running on occasion too. But from what I understand strength training is going to be important to not loose muscle mass, and keep my metabolism.
So the question is, is there any tips or tricks I can use to strength train at home?
I have a yoga mat and loose weights as equipment so the basics I get.
But does anyone know of specific exercises that are good for keeping muscle, stair step using your stairs? Press up on the back of a chair? There are no gyms nearby, and tbh I find them intimidating places.
Advice or article pointing appreciated...
