Tracking food by times rather than meals?

Hi, Does anybody track food by times instead of meals? I am going to try this for a while because i normally have coffee first, eat breakfast at my am break (work- 10ish) and lunch after 2 pm. What works for you?


7AM- 10AM

10AM- 12PM

12PM- 3PM

3PM- 5PM

5PM- 7PM

EVENING

    I tend to eat little and often.

    My MFP has:

    Breakfast
    AM Snack
    Lunch
    PM Snack
    Supplements

    I know what fits in where. If I have an odd day I write it in the notes box for that day.

    Whatever makes more sense to you, some people just keep adding stuff into one meal, others seperate by actual meal eaten....
