The one that keeps me going is: Stay on the Path.
It is not a straight and level path, one can't always see the goal clearly ahead, although can glimpse it. The path is in turns boring, tedious, bumpy, frightening, exhilarating, and challenging, but leads to where we intend to go. We only have to stay on the path, keep moving forward, and never give up. I clicked on this thread with the intention of posting that very quote. I love it. My favorite part is the first sentence.

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
Good habits are as addictive as bad habits but much more rewarding.
Commitment means staying loyal to what you said you were going to do long after the mood you said it in has left you.
Do not reward yourself with food. You're not a dog.
The last one might be a bit "harsh" but does make one think about it from a different perspective.0 -

I like this one when the road ahead seems daunting, when the goal weight seems so far away. But what is right at hand, what is available almost immediately, is happiness. No need to delay that.0 -
