Started a new job about two weeks ago. I had been doing pretty well on my calories and such, actually very good, I was down to 112 lbs, was wanting to go just three more lbs and then maintain. My hours are retail hours, so I have no daily schedule (it's always changing). I have slowly fallen off my new healthy eating . There is no microwave in our break room. I have no idea what to pack for snacks or lunch or dinner. When I get home I'm too tired to cook. A couple of times I have brought cake and icecream home and ate ALOT of both. Like it was nothing. I want to put a stop to this right away I definitely don't have that light feeling. Pro is I am getting a lot more exercise, standing and walking around and lifting pretty heavy boxes, think I need to change that sedimentary to something else. How in the world do I pull myself out? And what should I do about my meals?
