Two Pounds in Two Weeks or Less!

Hey! Tomorrow I start my diet and new fit way of living!
I really need to drop 2 pounds of icky weight in about a week or two for my birthday party! After being super stressed for the pass two weeks, I gained three pounds.
I was a vegetarian for 5 years and just became a vegan about two months ago!
Would anyone else want to accompany on this journey?
I might need some encouragement and new fitness pals! :D
