Have you overcome cellulite after losing weight?

Hello. I'm jumping the rope sometimes. But I have done like 2.hours I'm drinking the 2 litters of water. I would like to know if any of you who have lose weight, have found a way to overcome cellulite? or it just disappear after working out, counting calories and drinking water?

    You really can't "overcome" it since it's a cellular structure. Reduced body fat helps to keep it down, but the "orange peel" look can be on people who are even down to low body fat levels.
    If you have an issue with it, you can definitely put the blame on your parents. BTW, don't go spending a bunch of money on things like wraps, topical creams, rollers, massages etc. since ALL of them are just a temporary visual fix.

    I have a bit on my thighs and I hate it - but I did notice some improvement after doing a strength training routine for several months. Mind you, the improvement was minimal, but I take what I can get. Good luck to you.
