i am like a really huge animal person, i really dont want to get into the details because i wont stop.

I really dont want to eat meat because i mean i really dont think animals were made to eat honestly (but i wont get into that one)

Alot of the times when i do eat it i end up spitting it out because i get really sad and disgusted at myself that im eating a murdered creature that was probably scared and in pain during its death.

I have a few problems with this tho. I have heard it is better for you if you dont eat meat, then i have heard it is bad for you if u dont. Which is true?

Also i have tried several tiems not to eat it but i start feeling sick like my body is lacking somehting, and i find myself with nom options.

I dont like many vegatables, i dont like anything wheat, i dont like beanr or corn or anything like that.

    Sweetie...I've been a vegetarian for 25 years...PM me. We'll chat.
  • Totally a dangerous topic!

Read "Skinny B*tch". I think it could help! Also, there a number of vegan-gluten recipe books out there... I was super picky before I went vegan (and still am!), but you discover so many new fruits and vegetables and your taste buds change. Everything tastes better!

If you have any questions, send me a message. This board may get a little crazy in the war of herbivores vs. carnivores.

Egh...there is rarely a war over veg/carnivore on the boards...at least not lately anyway. We all tend to stick to ourseleves, lol. Most of the people on my friends list are vegetarians in one form or another.

You can create a balanced diet with any restrictions, it just takes some thought. If eating meat makes you feel bad or guilty then don't do it, but you will need to find other ways to get proteins. I see you like milk, so that with eggs and brown rice may be able to substitute for the beans you dislike (although I encourage you to try different recipes before you give up).

I am not a vegetarian and find it easier to lose weight on a lower carb diet but I am not interested in starting a fight at all. Best of luck! :flowerforyou:
