What would you do if you were me?

Hi everyone,
I would like to know your opinion on how to continue with my diet since I have not much experience with it. I used to be 18 lbs heavier mostly from fat and now I am in a place where I don't know if I should bulk up or slim down further. Please refer to my profile photo to see what I mean. If I lose more weight I would be looking very skinny. On the other hand, if I try to bulk up I am afraid that I will end up where I started. I have a busy schedule so I have chosen to workout doing P90X3, 30 minutes per day, six days a week. I eat about 2200 - 2400 quality calories to maintain my weight which is 155 pounds and I am 5.87 feet tall. My ultimate goal is to have a slim strong figure (12% fat) without looking skinny. Please advice me... What would you if you were me?
