Hey there,
My name is Tammy, and I am fat. It's ok I know I am and name calling has never bothered me, and guess what else.....It's no one's fault but my own! IKR No my momma made me eat, my hubby puts me down, my kids are ashamed, nope it's all ME!! I also know I have the power to change and that's what I am going to do. So if anyone would like to join me or just point and laugh while I screw up Hit me up as friend. BTW the donut got glaze on the keyboard

You seem like a very good-natured person. Welcome and best of luck on the journey!0

That was so me yesterday! Love it.0

Welcome and best wishes to you. Whatever way of eating you choose to lose the weight - make it one you can live on for life, adjusting for maintenance when it's time.
I'll take one of those doughnuts - only make it a spingi (mini sized Italian doughnuts made with ricotta for that protein edge..lol).0 -
Your already on the right track by not making excuses. You can do this and it does work!! Read all the links posted above and you'll be fine!0

I love donuts. They don't stop me from losing weight. Yesterday I had two because 7-11 has a 2 glazed for $1 going on right now. But usually I get the plain cake style. Unless I'm at Dunkin, then its Boston Creme all the way!0

I did try a banana pudding donut from Krispy Kreme though. SOOO good.0 -

You guys are cracking me up!!:bigsmile:0

I think you've got this op. You certainly have the right attitude. I, on the other hand, blame my parents.0

Yeah, it's my last day at my job too…and a Krispy Kreme is on the way, though it's on the wrong side of the highway and traffic would be murder…but I am trying to find a pirate costume and you can get a free dozen...0 -
You're awesome!!! I LOVE your attitude!0

Last gif…because now I have to go get a donut…thanks for the sabotage OP! (just kidding).

I had a donut for breakfast, And some tea. But it's okay because I tracked those 200 calories. The great thing about calorie counting is you can have some of your favorites provided you account for them (and practice portion control).0

It's like you've read the forums and learned food is not evil. It sounds like you are in this for the long haul and already making good choices.
I wish you the best of luck and that all your donuts are awesome.
(Because if you're going to have a donut, do it right! There's nothing worse than taking a bite and
realizing its too greasy, dry, powdery or otherwise bogus. Then it's....200 calories for this?!) Insert frustrated gif here.0 -

If you're in the general Texas area you can probably blame my dad for that.....:ohwell:
He sued the *kitten* out them when I was in middle school and they haven't been back since.
And OP, I haven't had a doughnut in months and now I really want some, along with a few kolaches (if you don't know I feel sad for you). I'm totally calling SABOTAGE!0
