I'm Fat .... 23 ... Seriously unhappy... Unhealthy...
I want to change my lifestyle
I want to be happy when I look in the mirror.
I don't want to be out of breath
I don't want food to ruin my life.
I don't want to be the fat friend anymore.
I want to look good in a bikini
I want my boyfriend to be proud to be seen with me.

Step 1: You're here!
Step 2: Acceptance. Know that you ARE BEAUTIFUL. No matter what. The more confident you are in yourself, the more you'll feel it. If you look at this change as a way to "fix yourself" you'll never be happy. Look at it as a way to improve, but if you struggle, that's ok, and it's the small steps that will lead to the bigger victories. Don't expect to go hard all at once. Doing 30% more every day for a week is way better than doing 100% for only 3 days.
Step 3: Don't give up. Keep working at it.
Be happy when you look in the mirror now!
You already look good in a bikini.
If your boyfriend isn't proud to be seen with you now, he isn't deserving of being with you after you've made lifestyle changes.0 -
