I am on my 5th day and also 5th day of not smoking... yay, so far so good. I have just started weight lifting again, having stopped a few months ago, so would love to hear from anyone starting out on that! as I didn't get too far the first time! lol

I am really interested in nutrition and clean eating, so if anyone wants to share recipes or meal ideas, give me a shout as well!

Just discovered the TDEE method which is very interesting.... I was going to eat 1500 cals after my initial first few days as I knew 1200 was too low for me.

However I worked out with TDEE that I needed around 1800 and that's with minimal exercise... seems a lot so Ive gone with 1650,and more on heavy exercise days. I will see how I go on that I think

    Wow..way to go!...and to stop smoking at the same time...that's Admirable...I just joined myself...Broke my ankle in June..just now up and walking again..need friends to keep me accountable...:smile:
