I got to get back on that Exercise wagon and blow the dust off my exercise machines that i have and get back to routine of exercising.

Schedule time for yourself everyday. I get my "Me Time" in first and then I am better for everyone else. I have learned to make myself a priority so I can be effective at all my other jobs and for everyone else who relies on me.
