    I started at 410 lbs. I originally started out with walking a lot. But i developed double plantar fasciitis that I still deal with everyday. What works for me is the elliptical and swimming.

    Ouch! Sorry to hear that you're still dealing with that. Going swimming regularly sounds like a great solution. Well done!

    i started off with swimming, then i added in walking, im starting to add in a little jogging during my walks

    at home i have dumbells so have added in some strength training and hope to do more of that in the gym

    i want to do push ups but my arms would never hold me so i started off with wall push ups and now am working my way down the stairs till i can do them on the floor
