Body Frame Size...which one am I?

Hey everyone. So I'm trying to figure out what my ideal weight is. Obviously, body frame size is an important factor in determining ideal weight as bigger bones means more weight naturally, and vice versa with being small-boned. I'm a little confused about which one I am as different calculators give different results.
I go to myfooddiary.com and iamfat.com to use the body frame size calculator and the wrist test says that I am a medium frame, while the elbow test says that I am a small frame.
I'm 21 and I'm about 5'10 and weigh 207 pounds. My wrist circumference is 7". It was 6.5" last year so apparently gaining weight increased the measurement. My elbow breadth is approximately 2.5". For what it's worth, my shoulders are 20 inches wide and my ankle circumference is 9.5 inches.
I'm confused about which body frame size I am and would appreciate some advice!

Every test I've seen says 6.5 wrist size or larger is considered large frame. But I really don't think any of it matters really. I've seen ladies on here say they had a 7' wrist size but got down much smaller than they thought they would.I have 7' wrists but i dont think im big boned at all.0
