Anyone been to a Metabolic Research Center?

We have one in town but I don't know of anyone who has been on their program. Just curious what the program entails. Anyone have good or bad experiences?

    If you look at the various options and plans, it is a lot of smoke and mirrors. It looks like a franchise operation, handing out menus and selling you supplements. Looking at the program and the backgrounds of the "team", I am singularly unimpressed.
