Trouble doing standing Ab exercises! (Shaun T)

So I've successfully done standing ab exercises with Chalene in "ab jam" from the turbo jam workouts, but I want to try some new moves. I have another standing Ab workout by Shaun T-Hard Core Abs. I had a lot of trouble really feeling like I was doing the moves correctly. It was fun but I was annoyed enough at myself that after doing that and another Turbo Fire workout I felt the need to do Ab 10 in turbo fire too. When I do that I really feel a burn although Chalene does all the moves on the floor. I just really want to feel the burn in the Shaun T ab workouts and I don't know what I'm doing wrong! Anyone have any tips?
