What the heck???

Since about 1 month ago I have started to lose a little weight!! I was so excited that MFP helped me so much that I have continued to do so until this morning!!! I am so agrivated!!! I started out weighing about 150 and my ending goal is 119...long term of course, but I am stuck at 140. something!!! I want to see the 130's!!!! I am hoping by next week I can do this!!! I haven't been in the 130's since I got married about 1 1/2 ago. I am just really bummed out today and I guess I need some encouragement!!! The only thing I keep thinking about is that I ordered P90X and it should be coming in the mail!!! Hopefully this will change my life forever!!! :happy:

    I think the new workout DVD could do the trick. You might have to up the exercise a bit. Plus if you are staying below 1200 calories for too long your body will hold onto fat. Or you could even zigzag your daily calorie intake to give your metabolism a jump start.

    You probably know all of this already, though. You've been on the site for a while. It's just what I've learned doing research and reading other posts.

    :flowerforyou: Hang in there! Keep focusing on your success and reflect on the changes you see and feel. The scale will eventually cooperate. As your body becomes more fit, it will be more difficult to drop weight quickly. Focus on the longhaul. Big changes take time...especially if it is for good! Congrats on your loss and keep us posted!:wink:
