I've heard that wearing a compression belt, or shorts, will help the sagging skin return to normal sooner. I know they help the immediate looks, but has anyone tried wearing these as they lose weight to help the skin go back to normal? I have a good bit to lose (and I'm going to do it this time)... I know I'm going to have a saggy skin belly when I'm done. I told the hubby that I was having skin removal surgery, but just wondering if wearing some compression gear would help also.
