Need motivation and accountability help

I'm not new to MFP, but I guess I didn't take the time to use the full advantages of it.

I'm looking for MFP friends to help keep me on track. My weight has stabilized at the 162-168 for the last year, after I went from 130 to 156 in two years ( a size 4 to a size 8). I'm 5'6 and between a 8 and 10 pant size.

I need to get a work out schedule and stick to it!
