    It is such a helpful tool if you use it every day and keep accountable to yourself!!! After a while, logging food and checking calorie counts becomes habitual and kinda fun! Definitely a good motivator to stay within your limits and reach your goals. Add me as a friend if you need more supporters! I check in often!

    Welcome! You can absolutely reach your goals using this program. It kind of "re-wires" your thinking that if you want that cookie, bowl of ice cream, or cake... You need to earn those calories through exercise and balancing the rest of your daily consumption. My entire family has had nothing but great progress. I wish you the best!
