Jillian Michaels - Shred it with Weights

I just started this today - after taking my dogs for a walk I decided to try it out. I didn't have a kettlebell, but used a 10 pound hand weight to replace it. I only got through 13 minutes of it because I ran out of time, but this is a tough workout (at least to me) LOL

Has anyone else used this DVD? How often did you do it? And did you see great results?
