I've been yo-yoing 2-3 pounds for the last two weeks. I guess I should look on the bright side and realize I did not gain my usual holiday 10. Still frustrating though when things were going good for awhile. I exercise every day (but those dang Christmas cookies....lol).

I actually had the same problem a while ago. I was doing awesome and had already lost a good 10lbs when I started to stay in the 180ish area give or take a few lbs for a few weeks. Totally threw me off track And now I gained my 10lbs back! All I can say is that I wish I had stayed with it.
Best of luck! I hope the yo-yo doesn't weigh you down0 -
you might get a surprise 2lbs drop soon. Also check your sodium intake. Keep on working out and eating right and you should be good in no time. good lck0

Yea I hear ya! We have molasses cookies in the office
calling me everyday this week. If you have peeked at
my food diary you will see I have had one everyday this
week so far. I have been counting them though.
Once they are gone no more!!!! Back to business.
I have now 3 lbs. to lose from where I was. :grumble:0 -
I was having an issue about a month ago where i was tuck at the same weight, give or take a pound or so, for almost 2 weeks, then, all of a sudden i lost five pounds and have been slowly losing since then.0
