I've been yo-yoing 2-3 pounds for the last two weeks. I guess I should look on the bright side and realize I did not gain my usual holiday 10. Still frustrating though when things were going good for awhile. I exercise every day (but those dang Christmas cookies....lol).

I actually had the same problem a while ago. I was doing awesome and had already lost a good 10lbs when I started to stay in the 180ish area give or take a few lbs for a few weeks. Totally threw me off track :( And now I gained my 10lbs back! All I can say is that I wish I had stayed with it.

Best of luck! I hope the yo-yo doesn't weigh you down :)
