Need accountability (i.e. help) fellow emergency workers

Hi there! I've been trying to lose the same 20 lbs for several years but haven't been able to keep it off. I eat a fairly healthy diet but indulge a little too often. I've been able to stay relatively fit thanks to an active job and a love of running. At the same time, I think I would be even stronger if I lost this extra weight and was able to push myself harder. I'd love to find some fellow emergency workers who deal with shift work and stress eating. Actually. I eat for any reason (*haha). If anyone is out there that could give me a little accountability, add me as a friend or send me a friend request and we'll work on this before the new year. Thanks guys.
