looking for friends

hello My name is Amber I am looking for friends that would like to add me!! I want to have friends so we can inspire each other on our own journey to loosing weight i want to loose about 65-75 lbs I eat 1200 calories or less and go to the gym 5x a week for a hr each day!!     hi, my name is amber also, and you are more then welcome to add me. I have logging in everyday and track my food on here. I'm aiming to lose about 70 pounds total and learn to maintain once I reach a healthy weight. :smile: I'd check your activity level and make sure 1200 net calories is enough to eat so you don't prolong weight loss. I eat around 1480 net calories a day according to mfp and have mine set for slightly active. best wishes! I'm sure others will post helpful links and such.
