Returning

Hello everyone. Returning to MFP after not using it for several months. I have still kept up at the gym but some weeks I found myself going only once or twice a week. I have since joined up in RPM (spin) class, started mountain biking, and purchased a Polar H7 HRM. With the nice days coming to a close looking to get back to grind. Last time I was on here I managed to get down to 225lbs but it got back up to 240. Now I fluctuate between 230-235lbs. But this time around would like to hit 190-200 range. This is what my typical week looks like:

Monday - 30 minutes of strength training (back) and 20 minutes of jogging @ 5mph
Tuesday - 20 minutes of strength training (arms) and 30 minutes of spin
Wednesday - 30 minutes of strength training (chest and core) and 20 minutes of jogging @ 5mph
Thursday - 20 minutes of strength training (shoulders) and 30 minutes of spin
Friday - 30 minutes of strength training (Legs) and 20 minutes of jogging @ 5mph

Reason for getting the HRM is to track my gym routine more accurately as I believe my eating and occasional drinking is what has caused my weight to come back. Summer is a pretty hard time of year to not drink your fair share of beer :P. My biggest issue is remembering to enter what I eat each day as well.

I am also looking to purchase a fitbit one or zip to sync with my android and push to MFP as with my job I sit at a desk most of the day. I have considered the flex but read lots of people having issues with arm swings being counted.
