Late night bad habit.

I know a lot of people are in this boat- but ug! It's so frustrating!

At night, before bed, I always eat.

I don't have to be hungry.

But I always end up snacking needlessly!

I love to excercise- that is not my weightloss problem.
I like eating healthy. (With treats here and there)
I always do great with all my goals throughout the day.
I stay on track.
But every night I seem to fail.

Yesterday was great,
Until about 10 pm when my best friend and I packed away about 50 midgie tootsie rolls between us!

And I know all the tricks- drink water, brush your teeth, do your nails, etc etc

But it's a habit I haven't yet been able to break.

ARG!

    Its a bad habit of mine as well! I stay up super late and I always end up munching something really high calorie and atrociously unhealthy.

    Don't have it in the house. If it isn't there, you won't eat it.
  • I use to do this...strangly I broke it bout a week or two ago...when i get hungry I go to my computer and play farmville...by the time I'm done doing w/e I can do I'm usually tired annoyed and go to sleep and completly forgot I was going to eat something.

    Get all the garbage out of the house. That is the only way I can resist.
