I just wanted to thank MFP for being the most helpful tool in my weight loss journey. I was looking at Christmas last year compared to Christmas this year... Wow... I couldn't have done this without the help and support of this site and the wonderful members!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!
