In need of some help

I need some help. I’m sure something like this has been posted before but here I go. On August 15th I ended up in the hospital. When I got to the ER, they thought I was having a stroke, I had all the symptoms. But after a lot of testing, they realized I had been a panic attack. I have never experienced anything so scary in my life. From that day on, I decided to start living a healthier lifestyle. At that point I needed to lose aprox. 120lbs. I went from not exercising at all to doing some type biking, walking etc. daily at least thirty mins but sometimes up to an hour. Changed my eating habits completely, no more fast food. And a lot of protein, hardly any sugar and staying under or right at my calorie intake. But I am not really losing, I know I have lost inches because, I can feel it in my clothes. The first week I lost ten pds. And now almost five weeks in nothing. Is this normal? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Yes - the scales lie. If you're feeling it in your clothes, then take that as a victory.
I'm just worried you're trying to conquer Rome in a day and will end up blowing yourself out.
