I want to pump it up!

Hello, I just lost about 20 kgs and reached my weight goal. The problem is that now with my BMI 23 I can notice my ribs, and my abs are a bit jellysh. I don't think I need to lose more wight, I don't look good if I get thinner.
Could you please suggest a workout program that will give me some mass especially in the upper body? I saw some Beachbody workout videos. Did someone use them and get nice results? Thanks.

    and anything with pull ups and push ups.
