Whole 30 - have you heard of or tried?

I wouldn't do it because you can't eat porridge oats on it, which seems ridiculous to me.0

I heard about it. I looked at it. I decided it wasn't something I wanted or needed to do.
It is very restrictive as it is an elimination diet. It could be helpful if you suspect you may have an allergy or something. I don't think it will help you lose weight long term so I wouldn't do it with that goal.
If you just want to eat more whole foods you don't have to do an elimination diet.0
